Spring fever is setting in....

We have had a lovely year weather wise,

 so I have zero complaints

but I'm still ready for longer days and some warmer weather.

Anybody else ready?

Once Upon a Mad Evening.......Mad Men Style.

 Here are a few pictures from last night....

 It was a fun evening again.

 It's to bad that it only comes once a year.

 Katie made a caramel fondue that was too die for.....

 and I borrowed a chocolate fountain from a friend.

 We had my vintage fondue pots and also some electric pots,

lets just say fondue has come along way!

 Now I will just say,

 that my days of Fondue are over in just one night!

What was I thinking, I have never done fondue before and

if it wasn't for Katie, Yumi and Rachel coming early and helping me

They saved the night.

Hello....

 I can't believe my last post was before Christmas......

This next weekend I'm having my annual cocktail party again.

This year were doing Fondue for our food theme.

 For the dress theme this year

 I have opened up the 60's.....

 from the glamour to the mod end.

I can't wait to show you my dress I found for $6

 I love my Pear martini 

but this year I think I might be trying out 

the Blueberry/apple martini!

 We finished up Valentines day at work.....

The kids were so excited!

 Diane remember those Valentines you sent me a few years ago?

We did a Modpodge project  with them in class,

they turned out so cute!
