welcome fall....

 So its build a fire and bring out the sweaters weather
which I have to admit is my favorite time of year.
 Its been so windy look at the leaves on the ground...
we still have not had a frost yet.

 I rearranged the living room yesterday and brought out
my thrifted owls from last year....
 the trees I see out the front of my house....
I love to watch them change.
I have had the furniture in the same spot since we moved in
it seemed it always had to be set up this way do to the television
in the living room...so yesterday I rearranged it for the first time
I can't wait to show....soon.

    I bet those trees will be ever more glourious in the coming weeks. When Autumn really gets her groove on! It always looks so beautiful where you live.

    Look forward to seeing your re-arranged livingroom. A change is as good as a rest. So they say.

    Cool, looking farward to see. I guess you have the same kind of weather as we do in Oslo, autumn is coming and the leaves are softly turning yellow. Love the change, crisp fresh air. But not all the rain. I could really do without.

    as you get colder, we get warmer, 24 degrees here today and perfect but I dread November to January. What lovely trees you have there, so different to our gums.

    What is it about the change of seasons that makes us what to move everything around in our house. I almost had myself talked into moving the couch from the living room into the family room and vice versa today. Then I remembered that we had to take the legs off to get it through the door and I changed my mind.

    I have been moving stuff in the house too, it seems this time of year brings it out in all of us! I need to make the most of it, as my housewifey skills leave a lot to be desired! ha ha!

    Lovely autumnal post Heidi! I love the autumn too, and like you have the urge to change things a bit for the season - love the owls!
    That pile of logs should keep you cosy - has just reminded me that i have to move the logs away from the wood burning stove as the chimney sweep comes Friday!

    Hi Heidi,

    So sorry to hear about your sons heartbreak. I feel for him and you. He must be so sad! My eldest daughter has a boyfriend for two years now, but luckily they are both still very much in love. My two youngest are not that much into boys yet, but it can change soon :-)!
