A thrifty re-do, and a few new treasures....

 I found this lovely graniteware bucket w/lid at my favorite thrift store

up the road......wait till you see the tea pot I found there too!

I love that all the flowers are in bloom right now I'll show

the garden next...

 Here is my yard sale owls I found a few weeks ago.....

They just needed a lift though.

 So I sprayed them this morning and I love the way they turned out....

 I found these paper lanterns at the same yard sale for a $1

 Love the colors....

 I also found this fun polkadot teapot.....

 I was so excited to win a giveaway over at

Birdie Blue....

 The post cards were so beautiful....

 I loved the journals...

Mr. Jerry has won his big brother over, George loves him.....

 This was an old artist studio with a lovely self portrait.

 I loved how they had made shadow boxes on the outside of the house....

 I loved all the little colored out buildings.

 Heres a picture of the water taxi bringing in a group of tourists.....

 You saw everything from grand in size homes...

 to what I prefer quite small and quaint.

(I'm sure this is a shop) but

I could totally decorate this space.....

 The kids had fun climbing every hill they could find....

 I found this book at the library last week.

 Its filled with amazing rooms....

The Vintage side of Halibut Cove......

 I fell in love with this house boat......

 So much charm in one little room.....

 BUT my favorite piece was this vintage sleeper,

because I was in love with it all....

A little bit of Heaven.

Halibut Cove such a magical place.....

 I have heard about Halibut Cove for years.

Its been featured in Coastal Living Magazine a few times and in Sunset, 

so when a friend invited us over for the weekend.....

a big yes came flying out!

 I took 122 pictures

 so I will be sharing them in posts over the next month......

Halibut Cove is just Breathtakingly Beautiful.

 You will see that all the homes are colorful from modest

little abodes to quite large majestic homes.

 Beautiful trails and paths all over the island....

 I loved all the color.....the beach combing here was incredible

I will share more about that later....

Everything seemed to grow larger and better here....the flowers!

I just can't wait to share this all with you.....and
