Snow Play......

 Last night Mimi and I went out to play before dinner......

 in are fresh snow.....

 we had almost 2 feet of snow to wade through

 Jerry just plowed through, sometimes we could only

see his head sticking up out of the snow.

 George didn't last long though he just sank and the snow just sticks

to his fur.....

 I made the cheese tray which was our prize for the best appetizer......

 These mice were just to cute.....

 everything was so festive....

Part One, Mad Men Party......

 First, everyone looked amazing......

 We started the evening with a Pear martini

Best recipe ever,

I followed the Grey Goose version!

 Sylvia did an amazing job with my hair......

 glamorous.....

The Amazing Katy dessert bar .....

her Opera cakes were to die for,

she found the recipe in the latest Victoria magazine.

A huge thank you to Amanda for being Photographer again

Yesterday after having lunch with a friend,

We went to church to help put the library back together.

and these were a few books they were getting rid of

I love the 60's Time Life fabric covered ones.....

there so groovy!

only 5 more days till the party 

and I have been having fun getting ready.....

you guys are going to be so sick of me 

talking about this...

and its been a long time since I have had a visitor

in my yard.....

Driving around, you can almost bet you will see one or two a day!

I'm Crazy About This......Fancy Fine!

Yesterday I think I might have had a touch of the flu and this morning

I woke up to Mimi throwing up at 2 am.....poor baby.

So after she finally fell back asleep.....I made a pot of coffee

and discovered a blog full of vintage inspiration.....
