What colors your bird,
I love this little guy,
He's a new addition to the family.....
I wanted to wish you all a blessed,
yummy food filled,
with all your favorites
Thanksgiving day......
Filled with family and friends, enjoy!
So we can put the birds and pumpkins away and
bring out Christmas, I'm so ready!!!!
Any of you venturing out Black Friday?
and
P.s. don't forget to wear your elastic pants tomorrow!
I was at a Thanksgiving Dinner last year hosted by the lovely Chicago-ites living in my sister's house while she was in the Windy City enjoying the palatial splendour that they called their bijoux residence! Anyway, back to the dinner, so they made this dish with sweet potatoes and marshmallows on the top, I forget what they called it, but I swear I could feel my fillings loosening up as I was eating it! Forget the elastic pants, bring on the mouthguards to save your teeth!!!

ReplyDeleteelastic pants? you girls are inventive! has it got anything to do with the leggings of a few years back? ahem.
ReplyDeleteyou want to, perhaps, explain about black friday? this is the second time i hear about it, and now i am intrigued, for the name sounds rather threatening.
anyway. i understand how impatient you are for the xmas ornaments to fly about the house. ha, it will also help the elastic syndrom, running about, hanging up christmas...
anyway.
