Lately on my mind has been teapots.....
and so the search began.
for just the right one......
I have been scouring the thrift shops
and garage sales, along with our local stores.
but none have made the cut so far.
These are all welcome home with me though.
I think the search is the most fun
don't you?
Whats on your list?
that peacock one is mighty fine, but i'd be afraid to use it. i rather like the plain white one.
ReplyDeleteI love the last one & the one with the bird & bunting on it!

ReplyDeletedarling teapots, heidi. love the yellow polka dotted one. just picked up a new teakettle, shiny and red (from martha's line at macys). not vintage, but it'll do.

ReplyDeleteLoving the quirkiness of the first one!
ReplyDeleteIt is the searching that's the fun bit, although you can't beat that heart racing high when you find a real treasure for peanuts!
Knowing you, something MORE fabulous will turn up at a tag sale or thrift store. You have such an amazing EYE! Also, when should we get together with Sylvia to start her blog?
ReplyDeleteWow...what a fantastic collection of teapots. All wonderful but I think my favourite has to be the second one.
