Last night we had a surprise birthday party
for a friend.....
I tried my hand at a rainbow cake I had seen on pinterest
Mimi and I decorated little dress cookies
Happy 30th to Angie
The Cake Lady made her black forest cake
it was so good!
Marian spent her first night in her new home
lots to celebrate.....

Lots of creative baking going on there! :-) And so many beautiful flowers. (What are the lavender colored flowers in the tureen?) And I see your pretty light blue Dala in the window. I've never seen one that color before. I found a darker blue one at a vintage shop a week or two ago, for next to nothing. Couldn't believe my luck! (Yes, it came home with me.)
